Making Turborepo 96% faster with agents, sandboxes, and humans

Anthony Shew had background agents optimise Turborepo’s Rust codebase over eight days, measuring Time to First Task. On Vercel’s largest monorepo that dropped from 8.1 seconds to 716 milliseconds, 91% faster. The 96% in the title is a ceiling on some repos, not typical.
