Aaron Wang: Duolingo’s engineers wouldn’t set up MCP servers themselves, so Duolingo built a Slack bot bringing MCP to them, fronting Honeycomb, Sentry, PagerDuty and GitHub. It reached 300 weekly users, 30% of the company. Adoption is a distribution problem, not capability.
