Stripe’s Knowledge AI Platform, Kai, bets that knowledge work needs the opposite of coding agents’ uniform workflows. Since its April 2026 launch, 83% of Stripe employees are weekly active users, and Stripe says it has shifted 25,000 hours a year from admin work to revenue work.
