How Cloudflare enforces engineering standards using AI

Cloudflare’s Codex compacts 60-odd engineering-standards RFCs into a JSON index of MUST and SHOULD statements, so a reviewing agent pulls only the rules relevant to a change instead of drowning in the whole corpus. Its code reviewer alone has flagged around 230,000 violations.
