We ditched code review at Duckbill (mostly)

Mike Julian’s team at Duckbill stopped reviewing most PRs. Humans now check only risky changes, like auth, the public API and schema changes. The rest leans on strict linting, 85% test coverage and monitoring. PRs merged nearly doubled, and unreviewed ones merge in about an hour.
